In-Car video of 6th Gen Maxima at Lone Pine Time Trials 2007
You really cannot tell how good a vehicle is until you take it to all its limits; braking, acceleration, steady-state handling, transient handling, steering, etc. This time trial explores all limits of a vehicle. My top speed down the final straight right before the slalom options was 100 mph. Note how fast the speed is scrubbed off.
This video shows you what a 6th Generation Nissan Maxima can really do, with basic bolt on mods. Watch, listen, and enjoy!!!

There are parade laps prior to driving. This familiarizes the drivers with teh course, and it cleans off the course, so there are less "marble" and other debris.

Thanks guys!! That was actually my daughter filming during a fun run. She simply held the camera. What is interesting is that the lap you guys watched was actually slightly faster than my hot laps because each lap you get more familiar with the course.
My son, who drove a Tiburon, wedged the camera underneath the headrest of the car, and slipped his finger under to press the button to start the camera. He strapped the camera around one of the headrest posts in case the cam came loose, which it did one time.

Nice driving Deus. Amazing video, next time you gotta get it where we can see the speedo to know how fast you are going. Start working now on a camera pod for next years run.
I think a tripod partially wedged into the back seat with the seatbelts and an additional motorcycle strap would hold a cam in real nicely, just set the zoom back a little so you can see the dash and the hand/foot work. BTW, Killer moves Deus, I personally don't like the whole "billion cone track" deal, because of potential confusion, so I know you're really kickin ****!
Man thats a sweet ride. Love your ride dude. Nice driving and awesome sound from the motor and exhaust. You have the Cattman right? I drive like that every year at the BMW test track in Greenville, SC with everything they make. I love to race. Can't say enough about your ride.

Thank you again guys. A speedo cam would have been really awesome. Under the circumstances, this was the best i could do. Next year, speedo cam!!!
If anyone wants to volunteer to put together a really neat video, I have some footage of outside the car videos that could be editted with the inside video to make a really nice, polished video.
If anyone wants to post the video elsewhere, like youtube or streetfire, etc. feel free.
I do have a Cattman exhaust, CE y pipe, and Kinetix intake manifold that make that sweeeet sound. I got MANY compliments of the sound.

Yes I bumped it
Worthy video. Bump for a repost.
I was trying to show my kid your races and they are gone.
