Are these a good buy or are they garbage ?

search around theres a huge thread about them...
if i remember correctly there good, but the light output is not that great...

fit is 100% output of light 30%. Suggested to do a retro with some projectors etc...
I don't have them and have only read about them.

just curious. for the people that have bought this. on the stockers there's two adjustment screws. is it the same on this one too??
