FS: 2000 SE - Stock Exhaust/Muffler

I have a stock muffler/exhaust from my 2000 maxima for sale if anyone is interested.
I have attached my craigslist page for pictures and price.

I am accepting offers - first one with a real/reasonable offer and cash in hand takes it.

email is best rather than PM - teenwulf69@hotmail.com

Just what I might be looking for. Going to get my car on the lift on lunch today to see if its my muffler or the B thats the cause of my exhaust leak. Will keep you posted, though that pipe looks pretty beat up for 50k miles.

Let me know - I would much rather have this picked up rather than having to deal with trying to find a box that this would fit into and shipping it.

Yea it does have rust on the piping coming off the muffler itself which goes back to the b-pipe. That is just New Jersey weather for you though - between rain/snow/sleet/ and salt it will rust anything that isnt protected.
I also live in an area where my driveway gets flooded so that doesn't help the sitatioin either.

For what it is though - the muffler is in great shape and looking at it from the tips that are still clean and shiny and that's the view or part of the exhaust muffler that is noticle to others.

I'm only responding because I'm still subscribed to this thread, but you've been bumping for 3+ weeks. I'd say it's a lost cause - trash it.

Additionally, it is VERY rusted in the exact spot that these mufflers are known to rust through - right where the flange meets the pipe. Mine rusted straight through exactly at the joint of the flange and the pipe. This is the reason I was interested in yours, but when I saw that yours was quite on its way to having the same issue, I passed and found another that had no rust on it.
