Can you tighten a sun visor?

Well .. just as the title reads, I have mine off and I am looking at it. Doesn't seem to be a way to adjust it at all ... anyone know any different, please chime in.

Cheers!

There is a screw in a hole at the back of sun visor assembly, facing the front of the car.
