Well after weeks of deliberating of getting a new compressor or make a custom a/c clutch puller, i finally succeeded making the clutch puller using autozone rental tools and few nuts and bolts from home depot. Now all i have to do is to press in my new bearing and fire up my a/c! I ll post pictures of the tools i used later on if anyone s also having similar problems.

 

Weird, cuz my local autozone and kragen both lend out a/c clutch tool, and looks just like the one pictured in the fsm. What did you have to fabricate?

There are 2 tools. One to take off the nut and the other one to pull the clutch plate. I think he fabricated the puller.

In any case, good job!!!
