Incorrect MPH readings after changing gauges?

Incorrect MPH readings after changing gauges?
I have a 1992 GXE, I changed the gauges from the originals to the SE's white face 145MPH. Would this cause a problem in the gauge reading being that the gauge is from an SE going onto a GXE?

at first i didnt. when installed them the needle sat at 0mph. i started driving, came to a stop and the needle was at 15mph.

I did lower it to zero, i just wanna know if after doing so if it would give me an incorrect reading or not

Best bet is have some one drive near you or like speed at a certain speed and wait till u get pulled over then youll know.

I can explain... the car at the j-yard died at 68000. Mine has about 120,000 on it. And ya I know that headlight switch is ugly

Its not hard to switch the odometer, you just take out the fuel/temp gauge.

And if you want to make your stalks look a lot better get the armorall interior wipes, along with the rest of the interior.

Find one of those speed-traps to drive past and that'll tell you your speed, and the speed you're supposed to be going.
