Lower temp on auto Climate?!?

I have a 95 se with the auto climate. The lowest temp it will go is 65 deg. I thought i had read somewhere that there is a way you can change it so it will go even colder? Is this possible?

tho, 65 is = max coldness on a manual climate control for the maxima. Other cars have claimed to show lower i think the lowest i've ever seen a in a car was 49 but the coldness was very similar to 65 on the max.

Yes, this is possible. Although this was a lengthy job I did get it to work.

I found an older thread with steps in splicing into your existing wires, but I believed this to be wrong since all the tags for the ac components were mislabeled and the instructions were meant for another nissan car.

I swapped out the MAIN wiring harness located directly under the dash from a 96 max with auto-climate control and installed it into my 96 max SE with manual ac.
You do not want to use a wiring harness from 97-99 to go into a 95-96. the powering is different.

My ac works perfect!
