I'm trying to run some wires from my blue led windshield washer jets through my firewall so I can connect them to a toggle switch on my dashboard but I cannot find a spot to insert them through. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can hook this up? Thanks.

I just did mine, you have to just drill a hole. I have mine hooked up through the ignition. So when I take out the key they go on, and when i take it out, they go off. I wanna se if I can hook one or two up to the front of my grill.

Don't drill through anything important like A/C or brake lines. I have run the remote radar detectors coax cable on my 00 and 01 Max through the drivers side wheel well. Remove the plastic pins and screws ( removing the wheel helps a lot) you will see a rubber boot for the hood release, just pull back the noise insulation left of the clutch (inside car) and side cover. Wet a coat hanger or fish snake with silicone spray and slip in in next to the cable, tape on and pull it through. Wipe it off with alcohol or brake clean and apply a dab of silicone gasket sealer to prevent leakage.

Am I the only one this happens to? You spend time to reply to someone's question and when you submit it it says time expired! Also this site is heinously slow!

I ran my sensor wire for my wire through the wheel well, per the Nissan instructions and the way ProceedBob explains; however, when I removed the wheel well liner you will see a large bundle of wires going into the engine compartment. You can follow those wires. Use a screwdriver to through the rubber grommet thing. The hole you make will conform back like it was after going through it. From the interior, get on the floor and look way up and you will see the bundle of wires entering the cabin. You have to reach up there quite a bit.

I ran 0 gage wire through my firewall.. The only place where I could find enough room for this was right near the steering column... that could be good for you too.. because it will come out behiend the dash and there's a fair amount of room to work with back there...

Just be careful .. use the shortest bit you can, or get one of those augger(?) bits that are just meant to make holes bigger..
