Those suckas haven't even approved my account yet.

Why didn't you diss the fool who wrote this post:
Mr. CL-S 2U,

These Maxima guys have to be the biggest trolls on the net. They come on our CL-S board an talk **** all day long. BTW I just killed a Maxima on the highway this weekend!
------------------
2001 Black CL-S AEM CAI, more mods to come!

He must have raced an auto. I know theblue will rip one with his mere 190 HP.

Sprint, please tell that fool that you have seen them lose against 5 speed Max's at the track.

why don't i answer them? because Russ, Dave and Kam are already talking enough ****.. me getting into it is not going to solve anything.. just going to make them even more ****ed off..

so i take the calm colleted approach.. action speak louder than words.. if they think maxima's are slow? i am not going to get ****y and argue over a internet board.. we will just meet up and race simple as that

wow....I can't believe how full of themselves almost everyone on that board is. I'm glad it's not like that over here. We only get 1 idiot out of 10 posters while on Club Si they get 9 idiots out of 10 posters.

I didn't mean all of them but it's all good. I was talking about the knucklehaed with the CL-S. Now, I raced one at the track with my auto and the person I raced pulled on me about 1 1/2 car lengths but this guys is talkin to much junk just to have an intake.

Yeah, and the track does speak louder than words. No doubt about that.

I think it's a requirement to own a civic that you have to be the dumbest mother F*cker within a 10 mile radius. this kid a know with a mid 90's Civic DX 5-spd, with only a muffler says he would beat my car anyday, even with the nitrous. but he wouldnt race. i brought my pink slip to his house and threw it down and he said no. *****.

Why is it...

Why is it that people feel the need to defend their cars every time someone claims to beat one of them. On every board I watch (I usually don't participate) I see a bunch of members from here (usually headed by that guy in TX with a black 2k1 5sp that will remain nameless) always attack the "killer".

If you haven't noticed us Maxima owners have a bad rep on other boards, because there is a small group of us who never seem to belive that a Maxima can lose to anything, and they will fight to the death to "prove" so.

Why is it that people care so much? If you are the max driver that gets beaten, or someone is lying about you then sure, defend yourself. But to claim that a race that you didn't see didn't happen the way described just because it was agains a Maxima is just plain dumb.

BTW - Sprint, that was in no way directed at you. This thread just brought it to my attention.

Much of the problem over at CLubSi has to do with the domestic crowd. There are plenty of riceboys over there, but most of the big talkers are the domestic guys (Mustang and F-Body owners). I never go over there and brag about how fast a Maxima is because it's really not a fast car at all. Russ sometimes gets a little carried away, but I think he's just playing with them for the most part. Unfortunately he comes off making the Nissan crowd one of the most hated groups over there. Most of the domestic guys over there know nothing about their cars more or less how to drive them. It's so sad. Sprint, I hope you smoke that Acura. Try to get a couple of the Stang guys to show up too just to show them that a Maxima is quicker than a 15 second car.

Sprint, not to play devil's advocate or anything but watch out, I watched a '98 Sentra with a SR20DET engine swap and exhaust run consistant 14.3s on a REALLY bad day (very hot and humid), when I was running 15.2-15.3 (I normally run high 14s off the bottle). If it was a nice day he would have EASILY been into the 13s. It will be a good race...but I think you'll take him if you have good bottle pressure.

Brian I was thinking the same thing...those car's can get nasty with those swaps in a 240sx let alone a 200sx.....so Brian have u ran the 1/4 on the bottle? If so what time's you come up with? I still havent' come out yet since im still unmodded due to the rim saving acct being a little low and the sprint back order...that's why I haven't came out yet..didn't wanna feel out of place...but by the Maxi Q i should be o.k I hope...i'll definately have the CAI and a few things I've bought already thats in the garage on...and maybe at the MaxiQ u can do that rewire..but it's on a 96 so don't know if you'll run into a problem there
