Well you can cut the springs. When you are going to install your struts, have the shop cut the sprint springs, and ask them about it. But it should be done, tell me how it goes
i have to get new struts too, and i might cut my intrax springs.
But beware that too much of a drop could start to affect other drivline components, so ask around before you do it.
Ohhh, you might have to get a lower profile tire just to make sure everything is right, so the tire wont rub.

Get some Ground Control or Weapon R coilovers. They are not true coilovers like the Cattman coilovers. They are just prings with adjustable sleeves/perches. I think they are adjustable from 0"-3 or 4". If you plan on cutting your springs, which I advise against, just keep the stock struts since spending $ for new Tokicos sounds kinda pointless if you're not gonna leave them enough room to travel. You'll probably just blow them if you cut your springs anyway.
Put in a full tank of gas and 3 passengers in the car -- That should do the trick for the extra drop.
Now imagine what happens when your car is "Slammed" that low and then you have to put more weight in it...
Trust me, you will mind the rough ride after a while --
Ask a doctor how all that continous vibration affects your health and your spine in particular in the long term.
And of course all the rattles that will come about inside the car. And those Tokikos will get blown to bits. Probably just like any other strut would. And they'll keep getting blown to bits --
And then one day you won't notice that speedbump ahead in the road -- and that will be all she wrote for the suspension.

just put a fat guy in ur trunk... and put some big *** Civic badges on ur front...
get Coilovers.... being adjustable you wont have to deal with not being able to go places cuz ur car's too low...
