Got Air Bags?

Got Air Bags?

Does ne one have Air Bags on there Max? Or maybe some fast bags? Don't they take the place of springs? Or is it Struts?

what are air bags? i'm sure you're not talking about the ones in the steering wheel...

NO he means suspension....hence the comment about springs/struts..


no i don't have them..to much $$$

greg (custommaxima) does..

talk to him about it.....

ya..they look really good

but too expensive...

I also think they are more for show cars...too impractical for everyday driver.....just my opinion though

Actually the ride is quite comfortable. The technologies have been adapted from semi trucks, all those freight trucks are riding on air bags. There is a Maxima for sale on Autotrader.com and it has bags w/ 10 separate switches.

check out GREG at www.custommaxima.com he was getting an air ride suspension intalled in his car and should be posting it in the site soon. They actually call it strut bags and there is a few companies sell them. some leak and some don't. The ride is good but i've heard that it doesn't allow your suspension to drop lower than 2-3 inch and goes to about a height of almost stock
