Royal Purple tranny fluid

Royal Purple tranny fluid

I was going to replace my manual tranny fluid with Royal Purple 75w90 GL4 rated gear oil. Is royal purple straight to use?

@ 9.99 a quart at pepboys it better be No seriously though, it does appear to be A O K for even the softest/weakest of synchronizers that require gl-4, according to the bottle anyways

I've used it, it works fine. MT-90 is a bit better.
