Has anyone documented any better results by not using the stock intake scoop with an aftermarket intake? I have a K&N cone intake and was wondering if I remove the stock air scoop will I notice any difference or will not not make any difference if I remove it. The engine bay looks kinda ugly with it since there is no more stock air box. Oh and one more question, how do I take out he scoop? I see two screws and then do I just yank out that tube connecting to the intake resovior? Thanks and sorry for such a long post
