BLue Max Sighted last nIght @ Prince Alberts NJ w/Hydraulics

anyone know who's it iz??? it had a custom wing and a custom candy blue paint job...chrome wheels and a hydraulic setup..plates were from JERSEY

this car is from SC (i thought) but its blue with a custom wing and hydrolic-like struts
