Got my Flowmaster 50 Series muffler today, being installed tomorrow i will have a sound clip and or video for yall, looks clean except for one dent but meh...







ACT clutch gets here tomorrow! will post pics when it arrives!!!

 

so uh, what's in the works as far as a tip? just a simple single chrome tip?

 

no tip. for now.. i dun want it to look like its fast and this car is on a budget... member its a sleeper.

 

i actually have a video of my VE with a flowmaster 80 on it... maybe i should host it

sounded nice at idle but crappy when revved

 

Well i ended up not using the flowmaster because the exhaust dude said it would sound like crap. SO, i ended up getting a totally different exhaust then i planned on getting and spent $400 on it. I got a Magnaflow 2.5" stainless steel muffler, 2.5" piping and a beefy 2.5" cat with a chrome double wall tip. Sounds really nice and throaty imo but part of the WS ypipe is rattley and makes it sound like a honda at times, fortunatly the exhaust guy said he would fix it for free! so ill get a vid once its fixed...

Also got the clutch in the mail yesterday.

Sweet I plan on getting new tubing too, since my vibrant muffler is 2.5" ill just get new pipeing and ws y pipe
