anyone have directions or know how to rip out the gauges to
put in new color bulbs? i was considering either a brighter
white or even (heheh) VW blue.

opinions anyone for which color?

more pressing is hOw to rip out the dash. anyone know how?

I looked in my service manual and it looks somewhat complicated.

of that APC indiglo 'ish. from what i've seen on the hondas
around it's actually kinda tacky... plus, your night
vision's shot with it. i'm talking about the crazy rich

Also, what's <i>really</i> cool is the blacklight in the
interior. Saw some guy with his white shirt all glowy and
stuff the other day. phataction, dude. hmmm... i wonder if
it glows up the dash numbers... hmmmm...... that would be
neat.

AreX where did u get them red rear signal bulbs !!! Ive been lookin for any replacements for the rear bulbs and neva been able to find any. It has been a pain lookin for them since its so damn uncommon. Instead of 1156 where they sell them everywhere the max rear bulbs had to be 1156A. Where did u get yours ???

well, i kinda fudged with it. 1156s fit.. kinda. notice the little pins that come out of the sides of the bulbs. they don't quite fit into the socket. what i did was i took a file and filed off one of them. then, it goes in just fine. and also, b/c you have to twist and lock, there's no chancing it will come out. that's it.

i used the APC reds, btw. i got Matrix ones but they're really orange (sux, but only cost me $3). the red's not perfect but it's pretty darn close. if you know of any other brand that's even redder (closer to the brake lights) lemme know.

 

hey, do you know where i can get my hands on one of those?.. oooOOOoohh... even better, is it possible to scan that stuff? =D pleeeeease?
