I was on the nissan website building an 2008 maxima, but i didnt see the option to add an elite package. Did they stop that in early 2007? I know this has to be a factory installation cause you cannot possible add this at the dealership?

 

I looked for the elite package when I bought my max in the first week of August but could not find it in any of the Nissan dealerships in central FL

I really like the rear sunshade that comes with it.

Someone has to know something about the Elite package you know instead of getting the binch seat you get two bucket seats which are divide by a unit the controls th rear heated seats and power sunshade...it was offered from 2004- until the early part of the 2007 model, but now its not there????

 

I am sure someone here has it and is very proud of it but I don't know his id. As far as I remember, he has a 2007 max.

I would suggest you search through the thread that discusses how much we paid for buying the 6th gen max.

Hey BMW guy, did you try looking at Edmunds.com? You can kinda build one there, then send requests out to the local dealers for quotes and inventory info. May help.

No, thats not true. The DPP is called the premium package for 2008's.

 

I have a 2007 with the Platinum Package and the only thing it did not come with was the sunshade.

 

Thanks because it was on nissanusa.com when you go build the car from 2004- early 2007 but , i was guessing did they get rid of the package because it would put the max well in the 40k price range

 

I got the "Ghetto Elite Pkg".....Base 2007...cloth...skyview.
And it's OK with me

The rear bucket seats and console are really sweet. All four seats are heated as well, which is nice touch. It always draws some comments when people get in my car the first time. I don't use the sunshade too much, kind of pointless IMO.

 

From what I was told 2007 was the last year. I bought 2007 with the elite package in August 2006.

 

Elite piece of **** maxima, theres nothing elite about a car that is always broken.
