How can i roll my front fenders.

My tires rub a lil on the front when i turn, just wanted to see what is the best and easiest way to push the fenders a little up.

I heard something about a baseball bat before....

if its at full turn its on the inside, meaning rolling/pulling won't help. the baseball bat is for pulling.

its on the inside. Its rubbing on the middle part of the inner fender, the one that kinda pops out more than the rest. It seems if i can just push on it with a baeball bat i can just push it inside or soemething.

goto your local autoparts store ie: kragen pepboys and rent a fender roller. that will only roll the insides of the fender. i've tried the baseball method; it works but its not very good. if you want a cleaner roll, go with the roller. we've also used the roller for a slight fender pull as well.

You don't need that fender roller, just a bat (hammer works too with some pressure on the outside) and a head gun...

Either way, WTH is rubbing? Is it just me, I don't get it

the outside of the tire rubbing on the inner edge of the fender when the suspension compresses.

i think the problem is the inside of the tire rubbing the inner wheel well when he is turning. if thats the case, "reshaping" could help or spacers.

"reshaping"... wearing down the inner fender lining you mean? if anything i wouldnt be too concerned about the tire rubbing on the lining if its just rubbing a little bit. thats an easy fix. on the other hand if its the actual fender taking chunks out of your sidewall, then yeah you need to do some modifications ie: fender rolling/pulling

Ok. The outside edge of the tire rubs a lil, and u can actually see it wearing away a lil, the tire that is. Its just that groove which ill try to pop in.

Those fender rollers are crazy, i didnt even know they make them.

PIX:

The black line is where it rubs when i have my 18's on. Its a grove which i want to just bend in. So.. do i just take a bat, lever it against the wheel and apply pressure?

Is that the front splash guard? Just bend or pull it out of the way, it's fairly flexible. In the rear you can use a hammer.

That bat/hammer method is used for the OUTSIDE (painted portion) of the fender to gain clearance from the sidewall of the tire.

Get a heat gun and reshape that section of the fender liner. It's easier to remould it if you take the entire piece off.
