wideband o2 sensor?
wideband o2 sensor?
hey hey kids, had a few questions for you all. i was reading an article today about a/f tuning, and the article mentioned that a wideband o2 sensor was the best because of its higher voltage (0-5). so here goes:
is this statement true?
can effective tuning be done with an o2 sensor that isn't wideband?
is there a wideband 02 sensor for our rides?
any info would rock. thanks in advance!

Replace an existing O2 and you're asking for trouble. Screwing with closed loop if you replace an upstream, CELs if you replace a downstream.
Preferably before the cat, otherwise you'll be reading leaner than you're actually running.
Here's an example of our pre-cat bung: http://pics.livejournal.com/boredmder/pic/000cr79f/g21
