Suspension overhaul questions

It's been a while since I posted since I haven't been doing much with the cars for a while. Our older 1995 Cefiro still has all original suspension components and for quite a while it has been feeling like a boat on the road.
I'm not going to be doing springs and adjustable struts/shocks like I did with the newer Cefiro but I would like to at least replace all the shocks and struts and install the energy suspension bushings for the control arms and sway bar. I'm getting a set of KYB struts and shocks for about $350 in my country but I will have to order the bushings from the US so I was wondering if the bushings on this page (click here)are the correct ones for our car and if anyone has had any experience with ordering from partstrain.com.

Those should be correct, any reason for not using OEM?

There are OEM bushings for the lower control arm? I'm getting the entire control arm for about $175 so I was thinking it would be 7x cheaper to just replace the bushings and hopefully improve steering response a bit at the same time.
