Torque Converters

Is each torque converter made to fit specific years, or are they all universal (from 89-2001)?

Here is the one I am currently looking at, however, it doesnt specify the year.

Thanks for your help in advance.

They are different..You will need to find one for the RE4F04A or RE4F04V transmission, which ever you have. Though i believe the T/C's are the same for either.
