Just tried some of this stuff and it seemed to work very well. At first I thought that it might be snake oil, and after trying it I thought that the extra power I was feeling was just the placebo effect. Here is a link to a very good review of the product.

Removing the upper IM and an injector with a pair of pliers, vice grips and two screwdrivers? ...When you HAD your tools a short distance away but didn't want to take the walk and pay a $1 junkyard reentry fee? Apart from MacGyver, the only other person who comes to mind capable of doing that is probably Chuck Norris...

 

That's just how I roll. Surprisingly, it worked rather well.
