gooey taillight stuff

i just got my 95-96 red clear tails and i want to know where i can get some of that sticky stuff to put on the tails? can i just mount them like that?

Any auto parts store has the stuff. Some call it "Dum Dum". It comes in a box of strips. Just apply a few strips to the tail light and push it into place. Thats the seal that keeps the water out. Without it, your trunk floor will get wet.

dum dum is the thinner version of it. and is not gonna be enough. it's about 1/4 the size of butile tape
