New engine in a 90 SE...possible?

I probably won't do this, but I was wondering if it is POSSIBLE to put the 92-94 VE30GE 190hp DOHC engine into my 90 SE that currently has the 160HP SOHC. Would it require any major modifications? If this would work, what is a ballpark range of how much that would run? About $2k? What do you guys (and girls) think?
