As most of you know. Bmw and mercedes have been doing this for years, which is another reason why i love bmw, anyway i love nissan too and i heard most new cars including nissan will let you put on acc without keys. (aka stereo, windows, cig lighter to charge phone)
thats all i pretty much want to do. I know if ur good with dc electricity it will be no prob, but i really am not sure were to start and i dont want to rip apart my dash or ignition.
is there and easy way of going about this? i am decent in electricity so i can find my way with some instruction on where to start.

well you don't want to keep the car in acc all the time.
So you have to figure out how to put the car in acc when you want it to and not.
It seems like a cool idea, but someone with time needs to come up with a wiring diagram.

All wires are at the ignition switch.
Tap into, but dont cut, the 12v+ battery wire , its WHITE/RED to WHITE/PURPLE, connect to pin 87 and 86 on both relays.
Tap into the 2 ACC wires, again dont cut them, one is BLUE to WHITE/BLUE and the other is RED/YELLOW to RED . Connect one of the ACC wires to pin 30 on one relay and connect the other ACC wire to pin 30 on the other relay.
Mount your switch, connect one side of it to ground, then connect the other side of the switch to both relays pin 86.
That should work as the key would in the ACC position, but it wont power all things. I think you'd have to add another relay to power the ignition wire to get the windows to work. That wire is BLACK/WHITE to BLACK/RED, which gets wired up like the ACC wires.

well... lets see... it matters for 2 reasons.
1. i would like it stay in acc mode so i can charge say a fone or gps while i run in a store or go shopping and not worry about my car having its keys inside the ignition to get stolen or locked in.
2. Wouldnt it be nice to be able to put ur windows down or stereo on without having to worry about the keys or better yet going outside and just cranking the system while u wash ur car with the door closed and not have (if u have it like me) the alarm lock ur doors on you automaticly?
o and another reason is.. i hate how i have to put the car in pre-ignition mode to open any window or sunroof. It just hurts more battery and pressurizes ur fuel pump when you dont need too, which can cause faster failure, keeping pressure on the lines when you dont have to which could cause issues. There are lots of reasons.
