Exhaust Help...how do you think this will sound?

Ok, I've got a 96 GXE. I've just finished with the Stillen lip kit, paint job, and interior work. Now I want a nice clean (but noticeale) sounding exhaust system. I have a CAI installed, I just ordered a Warpspeed highflow cat, Warpspeed Y pipe, and a 2.5 Megan Muffler with a 3.5 tip. I plan to take all this to my local exhaust shop and get it profesionally installed with custom 2.5 piping for in between, and have them take out the resonator. Yeah, I know I should go with a Greddy SP2 or get a Cattman B pipe or whatever, but I cant afford those things right now. How do you think this will sound? Do you think I should keep a resonator? If so, whats a good cheap resonator to get? I want it to be loud, but not ricey loud. Does anyone have a setup like this?

If you don't keep it resonated, it will be loud as all hell. My B pipe only has one resonator and it is really, really loud.

IMO, spend the money that you would pay a shop to install your exhaust and make a B pipe on the B pipe and install everything yourself. Its not that hard, the only part that might be tricky is breaking the bolts loose.

uhh go unresonated at first with my 4th gen. it will be loud. but you can always add them later on. thats what i did. it's fun to have a loud deep exhaust note. personally i'v never heard the megan muff but i'd go with a magnaflow.

as for installing it yourself i wouldn't i mean it's not impossible but most likely those bolts will be impossible to get off without a torch. just pay the exhaust shop a bill or two and be done with it.

Any suggestions on a good resonator if I were to buy one?

Cattman or try "Mandrel bent solutions" or "Arospeed exhaust" the longer the better. The Maxima exhaust will need a resonator no doubt....you won't be able to bare it, more than 1 month!!!
