Ok i'm looking to to and match all the bulbs on the front of my car, highs, running lights and fogs. I was gonna get some PIAA's for 60 bucks or so but i said, hey just get the HIDs, how do you think they will look if i get an OSRAM kit from 97GLES?? Also any other suggestions for other bulbs for the front???

4th gen's have H3's in the fog lights. I think the same goes for a 2002 max, I could be wrong though. Steve, I put 9006 size HID's in my I30's foglights{Sylvania}. I had to bore out a big area to get the bulbs to actually fit, then I just glued them on with some 5 minute eppoxy/super glue. I think you saw my Hid setup at one of the meets.

It can work, but I think HOGAN posted just earlier how to install HIDs in your fogs. But I do recall that the HIDs have to be H4s. I think the 97GLE came with H4s.

For the guys installing the HID's (not the OEM 2k2's) on the 5th Gen.'s, are you guys just disabling the flashing of the high beams from the alarm? Do you have to go through the same procedure as the install of the 2k2 OEM's to disable the flashing? Or is it a modified procedure?
