Its raining bad here right now. I didn't get to see all of it cause its so dark and the parking lot light was off.

I hope you find who did it.....any ideas? way back in the day when I used to own a bright red 200sx someone keyed the hell out of my door while I was working...it seemed so surreal when I first saw it....unfortunitly my insurance deductible was $500. and I ended up paying $70 to get it painted over...my car was still pretty new so it was easy to match the paint...well I hope everything will turn out ok for you in the long run!!!....

I had that happen to me b4. My (now ex-) GF's ex carved a deep-@$$ F*** YOU on the entire passengar side of my car. Not only did he get his, but let's just say that he highly regret all his actions!

Sorry to hear. I had that happened to me once on a prior black sporty car. After I had it repainted, I went out and bought the viper alarm system with a proximity sensor mounted in the center of the car, under the e-brake handle. The sensors are usually used for convertables and jeeps. Did a good job of beeping and triggering the alarm when anyone even went near the car but that is a bad thing as much as it is good. If you plan to park the car where another car or truck will not even come within a three car length radius in any direction than this may be a solution for you. Otherwise, like in my case, it became more of a hassle with false alarm setoffs (like when a big truck drove by and because of its height, triggered the alarm). I had mine set to beep, and after the third trigger (with time in between each triggered event), would set the alarm off for 2-3minutes. My solution was to make sure my next daily car purchase (my max), was not black, and did not overly standout in appearance, yet would be fullfilling enough to me for satisfy by sporty driving preference, and yet common enough (from the outside) to blend in with the crowd. If I ever get a sporty car again, I will make sure that machine is my toy (second car ), used stricty for driving excitement and not for parking in any public places where it will otherwise never be let out of my sight except when on my property. Sucks that we have to resort to such measures, but that is the type of people we are dealing with in today's time. Good luck, and I feel for you.
