Opinions on my new 2K2 SE from my 2K SE

now that I have 1000+ on my new ride, I was finally able to begin driving it the way it should be driven.

OMG...It's frickin' fast and seems tighter in corners. Made my 2K seem almost slow.

The rear speaker in my 2K2 seems to vibrate or the overall system just isn't as good and the trunk mounted 6 disk CD changer skips when I hit a bump. The steering mounted stereo controls are hard to get used to, I keep hitting the wrong buttons.

The heated steering wheel gets way too hot. The NAVI is very cool and very helpful, but the sweetheart that talks to you can get anoying, even when turned way down low, she just talks too much.

The paint seems much better than my 2K.

I like the new leather seats better.

Sunroof control is better and I like the auto down and up on the passenger side.

My 2K was a 5sp but this time I opted for the Auto and other than the fact that the the stick was blast to drive, my auto is much faster than the stick. To MAYBE keep up with what this car can do with just the gas pedal, I would have had to work pretty damn hard with my 2K spd.

The dealer gave me $23,650 for my trade.

Nissan makes some soft paint, but this is still better.

Yes I love my 2k2 Se auto, I had a 2k1 Se auto that was totalled out a few months ago. I enjoy the 2k2 Se auto so much more along with my Trusty 97SE

I bought my loaded 2k2 6spd on Nov 7 and on Nov 8, I had my first stone chip. Not a single swirl mark in the Ebony paint, but a good stone chip. I had a 2k Lincoln LS prior to the Max and I think the paint is far superior on the Max. Mind you the LS had an aluminum hood, fenders and trunk lid, so I don't know what sort of effect that might have. That thing had loads of paint chips, always out touching them up.
