Hey guys, need some help here...

A friend of mine just got a set of used Illuminas from someone and is awaiting delivery.

From online research, I see that we have 2 part numbers for the front struts:
BB3188 & BB3189

Does anyone know which one is the left and right pt no.?

Also, are the part numbers engraved on the struts?

What issues would happen if we mistakenly put the wrong one on the wrong side? If we did put the wrong one on the wrong side, would there be something we'd notice immediately while driving?

you will notice it when you install them...the difference is all the brackets for the brake lines.

 

#BB3188 - right front
#BB3189 - left front

 

They are also marked left and right.
