how to get to the drive belts?

how do you change them is not what im asking. how to get to them? it seems extreamly difficult. b\c the gap where the belts are is so small. and im still running on stock belts so i dont think ive ever changed them plus my engine started making a high pitch noise and i think its belt related. it looks like from the bottom of the car its difficult and so its to change them from the top because the gap is so small you basicly need to have flat hands to work in that area.

...or you just go from the driver's side wheel well. AC/alt belt is extremely easy from above, I don't see what you're complaining about.
