Need opinions on sellers from Ebay

Sorry for posting this in most likely the wrong category, but I was looking for chrome door pillars and I found a couple sellers from Ebay, that sold the ones I was looking for. But the thing is that they don't post pictures of the actual product just the universal advertising picture and I messaged a few people who left comments on the seller's page, and I got weird replies that gave me a vibe to stay away.

Like one person said: "YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY BUY THE PILLARS I LOVE THEM YOU SHOULD BUY THEM"

Then a day later the same guy said: SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG TO REPLY YOU SHOULD BUY THE PILLARS THEY ARE GREAT!

I just recently got scammed and I am paranoid of everything online now, if you have suggestions, please share. Thankyou!

just use your head.

check things like reputation, return policy, and payment methods.

I only buy from people with at least 95% positive, have a negotiable return policy, and accept paypal. If it helps any, check the negative responses and see if the seller has been stiffing people or if it's just disgruntled buyers who should have been wiser.

Ya I know how you feel cause I find alot cool random stuff on ebay for my 01 max but I'm always a little sketched out if the product will be a crappy knockoff or if it will even show at all. I was looking to get a pair of those black housing headlights not the crazy clear dual halo LEd ring crap but just the JDM black housing look...Too nervous to pull the trigger though..

read the feedback and make sure its not some idiot posting bs for a 1.99 item before you skip over that seller. seller might be really good, also, buying from 100% feedback sellers is almost impossible but try to get from them. the power sellers are almost always going to have a few negatives because they sell so much. make sure of fitment, return policy and payment before buying, always!!!
