FS: Rockford Fosgate Prime R300-4 Amp

I bought this last week but it turns out to be too large to mount where I want to. Opened but unused. $150 shipped.

Because it is too large to mount where I wanted to (under the seat).

For reference, the dimensions are: 2.40H x 7.67W x 17.09L (inches)

You can get these cheaper online...interested if price drops to 120 shipped or so.

Link please... I don't see it for less than $137 before shipping (found here).

UPDATE: I found it for $119 + ~$20 shipping here (yonies.com). That's $140- I'll drop the price to $140 to match.
