directions for swapping steering wheels?

im about to swap out my normal steering wheel from my 98 i30 to a 98-99 limited wood i30 wheel. Is there a link for a DYI or anything?
greatly appreciated! (tried searching)

disconnect battery, remove airbag, remove nut, remove wheel (may need a puller, available for loan at most autoparts stores). installation is reverse of removal.

Do you need to disengage the airbag, or does disconnecting the battery do that for you?

fsm will break it down for you if you have trouble identifiying and removing 5 nuts/bolts. you will also need a security torx socket iirc.

disconnecting the battery and letting it sit for a few minutes will prevent the airbag from going off.
