Stillen camber plate install

I just purchased used Stillen camber plates online and do you use a strut bearing with them? The stock bearing will not fit now I am wondering if the camber plates are for a 5th gen Maxima. Do you need a special nut to bolt the strut to the camber plate? The hole in the pillow bushing in the camber plate is almost the diameter of the strut piston. I hope I can get these to work.

What gen are these for? If you're talking a 4th gen, yes you use a strut bearing with them and yes it should fit.

Not sure where you're finding 4th gen stillen plates online though.

The 5th gen design should use a strut bearing as well.

Sounds like you didn't get all the parts. There are usually adapter sleeves/nuts that fasten to the top of the strut and fit inside the bearing. There's also usually a top plate or spring seat of some sort that may or may not need a bearing. They can be designed for use with stock springs or a coilover spring and simply fit the Maxima's bolt holes. lots of different options.

Your best bet is to contact the seller and find out exactly what they were from and also contact Ground Control and tell them what parts you have and ask what you need.
