I think you can post a "question" stating they are using your pics without your permission. It's probably not illegal but geez for $43 you think they would at least kick you down a spoiler.

file a complaint with ebay they will make them remove it. If it was my car I would just be happy that everyone wants their car to look like mine and really wouldn't matter so much. it does look hot though.
