Check all relevant fuses.
Look up the ignition circuit under P1320 in the EC section of the FSM. Do the diagnostics for voltage and ground.

that wouldnt cause no spark. Timing would be off but not no spark.

if you are using the 3.5 oil pan and 3.0 sensor you will need to grind it down 1/4
if your using the 3.5 oil pand an 3.5 sensor you will need to re wire
if your using the 3.0 oil pan and 3.0 sensor, nothing needs to be done.

make sure the timing ring is not messed up. a dented timing ring will cause there to be no spark.

we'll if you have the 3.5 sensor and its harness then its not hard. if you dont have it, then grinding it down and using your old 3.0 sensor might be the best bet....

let me guess you cracked your old oil pan trying to get it off but forgot there was a bolt still in and you Heman'd it and its now in 2 pieces?

if you have a 3.0 oil pan for reference you'd see what you need to grind and its not as bad as you'd think. the 3.5 oil pan has a hump....

I think I have both pans in the garage. I'll snap some pics later (after I cook some hashbrowns and pancake )
