I've been dealing with this for months and it's getting embarassing. I've taken it all apart and put anti squeal and still the issue persists. I wanted to see if anyone else had brake squeal problems after they upgraded to 300zx calipers? If so, what's the secret to remedy it.

 

Try removing the funny shaped clip in the center of the caliper and replace it with a couple of long, soft springs on the pad retaining pins to push the pads away from the rotors. something with only 1/2 or 1lb of force or so. That worked on my Wilwoods that I had the same squeal problem for yeeears on.

 

Where can I get the springs, center caliper t shaped retainer - and the wire that holds the sliders in place.

 

Dealer, parts store, many online nissan performance parts resellers sell them as a kit too.
