ac blowing really friggin slow?

ac blowing really friggin slow?

whether i'm using AC or not, "level 4" blows like any other car's "level 2". temperatures are correct and everything, just can't figure out why it blows so slow?

EDIT: i'm using manual climate control on a 97 se

If the blower still works then its the resistor. 60 bucks new

that's just for a/c, no? my problem happens whether or not i'm using the a/c. that is, fresh air or a/c air. hope that makes sense...

mine started to go super slow and then slowly slowly get faster after 3 or 4 minutes lol. then it went out for a few days and now hasn't gave me anymore problems.

im guessing blower resistor. where it located o nthese cars tho?

passenger foot well under the dash
