**HELP**cheapest intake??? weapon r intake???

whats the cheapest/legitimate intake?

and

i saw on custommax.com weapon r intake for $88....is this website legit?

i did the hai/short ram tonight and ended up messing some stuff up tonight, so im just gona buy an intake instead of going the cheap way haha

Depeneding on what you messed up, just get that... Or just get a Maf->Cone Filter adapter and I'll sell you my old cone filter...

ok scratch that i didnt mess up, i just realized that all i need is a maf adapter...the gold thing that ur supposed to use didnt have a big enough lip to attach the filter that was the biggest hassle. plus my friend bent the hell outta it. then i muffed up the temp sensor...where should it go exactly?

it says cheap/legit meaning best intake for the least amt of money....

On your year max I believe your IAT sensor is in the "air tube" leading to the TB. On my '99 it's in the air scoop. I just bought a maf adpter used from a member and it has the IAT sensor in the maf adapter itself so I guess that's how the older max's have it.
