My car is a 5spd 95 se, with 155k. Im having a weird, severe hesitation problem. randomly when i try to accelerate it has a complete loss of power and i let off and it goes just fine. then tonight it randomly just stalled sitting at a light.

Any Ideas?

 

There's plenty of threads with this same issue. You need to give a bit more detail though.

Does it make a "put put" sound?
Are you able to rev past 2500 rpms?
Does it try to stall?
Anything else out of the ordinary?

 

it pretty much starts to stall

 

check your MAF....

 

Check the MAF but we need more information to help you
