97-99 fog lamps with black housing

Anyone know where to get a set of 97-99 fogs with the black housing like the one pictured on the left?

The seller I got it from has no clue how I ended up with it.

Yeah I know my cubicle's a mess!!!

That's odd. Just bake open the other 1 and black it out.

^^^its easier than you think. put them in the oven at 250 for 10 15min i think and the glue will get soft. then u pry it open with a flat head. and to put them back together get a heat gun/hair dryer and heat the glue back together. when i did my friends i use black roof tar i in a caulking tube to seal it up. sounds funny but it worked.

black housed fog lights would look nice...

You can't bake fog lights lol. You have to cut the lense off from the body from all the reading I've done and what I've seen in my years of being on here. You can only bake the headlights.

If it was that easy, a lot more people would be rocking projector foglights (lexus capsule) than there are. I would've done it if it didn't require cutting.

Yeah fogs are a PITA to open. They take longer than the 15-20 minutes to get the other lights open. I painted the housing black on my 95 fogs 2 years ago and it was annoying.

Okay. Good to know. But it's definitely not going to be 250* for 10 minutes like the headlights. I've seen a couple of guys cut them open because it's such a PITA to get them open.

It'll probably be easier than finding another fog with black housing.
