Wow thats confusing. Mine is blowing hot air too. The switches work fine, it sounds fine. I'm hoping it's just servicing but i might have to try and run thru the diagnostics too.

I went to the Nissan dealership to check the up on the same problem that your having and they diagnosed that I needed to replace the AMPLIFIER - CON (Part# 277607Y000) and because my outside temp reading was -22c I also needed to replace the ambient temp sensor. The problem was solved but the connector for the temp sensor in my car was cut off and all I have are the wires just hanging under the car, anyone knows where I can find that harness for the temp sensor?

Hey guys, what's the "DEF" switch for the diagnostics? I can't run them all without knowing what it is

Never mind, I'm dumb.

Now another question... where's the temperature sensor inside of the car? The climate control thinks the inside of the car is 42 degrees, when it's about 85. I need to check it and possibly replace it.

Check the FSM, really clear diagnostic procedure. You can find a link to FSM in a thread here.

Seems to be below and to the right of your steering wheel.

In-vehicle Sensor
The in-vehicle sensor is located on instrument lower driver panel. It
converts variations in temperature of compartment air drawn from
the aspirator into a resistance value. It is then input into the unified
meter and A/C amp.
