You might be able to fix the projector some how but nobody sells just the head light cover. You are screwed on that. You have to buy a different head light.

Well, if your just taking about the lens then I read on some max forum that you could try lightly sand it with maybe 1500 grit wet/dry sandpaper and apply headlight polish with a buffer to finish it off. Might be worth giving it a try....

That would work if it was a scratch, but this guy has a crack. You can't sand and buff a crack.

If your headlight assemblies are OEM halogen, you could just open the back cover and tighten the screws inside that holds the halogen projector in place. If you have OEM HID assemblies, then you would have to bake the assemblies. That's the only way to access HID projectors.

You only reason to bake it, is if you wanna open it and paint it but for anything else, it's a....hell no. Just tighten it man, forget the whole bake your headlight thing, don't know where you got that from?

No need to bake to tighten the projector but you do have to remove the bumper to get the headlights out.

Once you get your bumper off and the headlight out. All you have to do is open up the area where the headlight housing is and twist it open. If you look into the housing, you'll see about 4 screws that are holding it in place. Tighten it up and..........BAM, your done.
