Anybody have any experience with Vogtland lowering springs on a 6/6.5 Gen?

I don't want to start a Tein vs Progress vs Eibach thread, there are enough of those already. I'm just wondering if anybody has any experience with Vogtland springs? What little I could find on them seems like they have a nice ride. I'm just not totally sold on the fact that you get a 1.4" drop both front AND back. I don't know if I want to go that low in the rear. I'm currently thinking of putting some springs on my stock struts (they only have 28K miles), and then switching to GR-2's when the stockers eventually go. I don't want the car to ride like a go-cart, so I'm leaning towards the Teins, but the few people I've seen using Vogtlands say they ride really nicely. I know there was somebody using them on a Maxima, but everything I found were people using them on other makes/models.
