Any reason why low fuel level would trigger CEL?

So tonight my CEL came on again, I pulled the codes and it was the same three as last week, 0705 (EVAP small leak), 0707 (O2 fault), and 0903 (EVAP Canister Vent Control). Last week they went away after a reset and then came back tonight, but I realized that the two things these events had in common is that they occurred at a very low fuel level. Is there any reason why low fuel level would trigger this? I am guessing it's possible since they are all emissions related.
