Is Full Synthetic Tranny Fluid recommended or okay to use???

I need to do a change my oil and tranny fluid and was wondering if full synthetic is okay to use???

5 speed? or auto? Auto, it's fine.. I use it. 5 speed I am sure it's ok too.

Yeah, I have an Auto

I just wanted to make sure that the tranny wouldn't slip or anything...

This is one of the first mods any AT equipped car should do! A good high quality synthetic ATF will drop tranny temps 5-15 deg F. A 10 deg F drop in ATF should increase the life of the internals by 10k-20k miles!!!!
