Missing some hardware. I was the second owner but never had a chance to ride on them. Bought a civic so I don't need these.

From what I have seen from other pics, its just the brake hose holder and two of the damper adjusters. Cheap cheap cheap. someone is in line but waiting for confirmation... cough cough.
