Side Mirror bolt removal and bolt size HELP!

Broken side mirror bolts. HELP for Removal
Need to know the bolt size first.

Also while removing the bolts all of them broke off in both side mirrors, I wanted to try a bolt extractor rather than buying two side mirrors. Anyone tryed this? Anyone know the bolt size... advice? Please help...

Thanks for all the impute lol Bolt size is 10mm . Bolts were to seized stuck wtvr. I drilled into the bolts and used screws to re-thread. Grabs very well.. hopefully it holds up over time.
