someone told me there is a thread here to do this to my 02, but i searched and nothing came up except a thread for the 2004-2008. is there one foe the 2000-2003 years?

 

search foglight re wire, that's what most people call it. I actually think it is in the stickies.

That's the one. Works great, and looks great.

After that, rewire your side-markers to blink in alternating sequence to your turn signals. Also a simple, and very cool, wiring mod.

There was a write up on how to rewire it to the a/c relay, this way helps those who have aftermarket alarms that are hooked up to the parking lights. In that case, if you leave the fog switch set to on, your fog lights will flash with the parking lights.

 

The owner who had the car before me tap'd them to the tiny corner lights and after three years of me having the car, their wiring mess fell apart. I redid it using butt connectors and everything is fine.

 

I believe the A/C relay method makes them fully independent of the headlights, and allows them to stay on as long as the car is on(no need to have parking lights on)
